Entry Timeline
Exterior doors open (concessions available inside) one hour prior to performance time. Hall doors open 30 minutes prior to performance time.
Clear Bag Policy
Baylor’s Department of Public Safety will enforce the following safety measures. Please arrive early to accommodate these procedures:
- You will walk through magnetometers upon entering Waco Hall through any door.
- If the magnetometer is activated, security personnel with wands will do a quick screening.
- A clear bag policy will be enforced at all performances.
The following bags are permitted at Waco Hall:
- Clear bags that do not exceed 12” x 12” x 6”
- Small clutch bags not exceeding 6.5” x 4.5” x 2” (roughly the size of your hand) that do not have to be clear.
Prohibited bags include:
- Purses, diaper bags*, cases (camera, binocular), backpacks, fanny packs, printed pattern plastic bags, reusable grocery totes, mesh or straw bags, duffel bags, large totes
*Items normally carried in a diaper bag must be put into a clear bag, following requirements above, for venue entry.
Drop-off Information for Patrons with Limited Mobility
If you need to drop a patron off with limited mobility, the best spot for drop-off is on the 7th Street side of Waco Hall. This area provides the easiest access to the building.
Important: Please do not enter through the rear of the building as it is not accessible to the public.
Waco Hall Information
- Waco Hall is not equipped with an elevator, so patrons with limited mobility should select main floor seats.
- Wheelchair seating is available.
- Balcony seats are narrower in width and have limited leg room.
